1) How will I know my order was successfully placed?

As part of the ordering process, you will be required to enter your email address. This allows us to send you a confirmation email of your order. The order confirmation email will occur immediately as soon as your order has been finalized.
2) What will be inside the Order Confirmation email?

In the order confirmation email it will summarize your magazine order, customer number, order number, the mailing address of each magazine to be sent to, your billing address, payment details and order total. Our contact information will also be listed should you have any questions about your order.
3) Can I place a gift subscription?

Yes, a gift subscription can be placed very easily. You simply need to select the Gift check box when creating your order and fill out the Gift Address form.
4) Is it safe for me to enter my credit card information?

Yes, our credit card payment form uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to ensure the utmost security for your information.
5) How soon will I receive my magazine(s)?

As soon as your order is finalized, we will process your order right away. We give an estimated delivery time frame of 4 - 6 weeks. Please note, this estimated time frame depends on the magazine's publishing printing schedule, for example, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc. Should the magazine not arrive between the estimated time frame, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve it for you very quickly. 6) My magazine is damaged, now what?

If your magazine is damaged contact us right away and we will arrange for an additional issue to be sent to you. You can contact us by email
7) How do I change my address?

If you have already signed on to our website, you can simply sign in and click on the Change Address link where you will have a Change of Address form come up and you can make the changes there. Haven't signed on yet, no problem, it's fast and easy and once you sign on, you will have access to all the member benefits at your fingers.
8) What countries do you service?

At the present moment, we service all of the 50 US states. We are working quickly to service Canada and the UK.
9) How do I when my magazine subscription expires?

All magazines mailed to your home have a label printed on the cover of the magazine or on the packaging. Each label is different. We have posted some examples of these labels for your reference. If you are still not sure or cannot find the expiry date, please feel free to contact us and we can assist you. You can contact us by email
10) Can I renew my magazine subscription?

Yes, you can sign in to our website and go to My Account and click on the Renew link. This will take you to your orders and from there you can click the Renew check box, select the terms and once finalized, an email will be sent to you confirming your order along with all the order details. Or if you prefer, you can contact us by email and we can assist you.
11) Do I have to receive an email? Can I receive a letter in the mail instead?

Yes, sending an email is quick and fast however should you prefer us to send you a confirmation letter in the mail instead, we can do that as well. At the time of your order, you can specify how you would like to receive your confirmation letter. Should you change your mind after your order is placed, you can contact us by email and we can assist.
12) Can I cancel my subscription?
